At Fayzora, we create and sell digital products (Framer templates, components, and UI kits). Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a template has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund.

That being said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you encounter any of the following issues, we will work with you to resolve them:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• You were charged incorrectly due to a system error.
